Welcome to UES DAD! By downloading and using our app, you're agreeing to these friendly Terms of Service. We've kept them simple so we can all focus on building a great community.

1. Welcome to the Neighborhood

While UES DAD was born on the Upper East Side, we welcome anyone who shares our values of community, family, and being a great dad. We just ask that wherever you're logging in from, you contribute to the positive, neighborly vibe we're building.

2. Community Conduct

To keep this space enjoyable for everyone, we ask that you follow our Community Guidelines. We're all here to connect, share advice, and support each other. Please treat your fellow members with respect, keep things family-friendly, and avoid spamming the feed.

3. Sharing and Content

The UES DAD branding, logos, and app design belong to us. However, the photos, tips, and stories you share belong entirely to you! By posting them, you're just giving us permission to display them within the app so the rest of the community can see and interact with them.

4. Keeping the Community Safe

We hope everyone stays forever, but if an account is consistently detracting from the community or ignoring the guidelines, we may need to pause or remove that account. Our main goal is simply to keep the environment safe, clean, and welcoming for all our families.

5. The Legal Stuff

Because we have to say it: these Terms are guided by the laws of the State of New York. We are proud locals, after all!
