By using the UES DAD application, you unconditionally agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree to entirely release UES DAD LLC from liability, do not use the app.

- Personal Data: Name, email address, physical address (to verify UES residency), and phone number.
- App Activity: Posts, market listings, messages, and event RSVPs generated by you.
- Device Data: IP addresses, mobile device IDs, and standard app diagnostic data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to verify your eligibility for the community, facilitate app functionality (such as connecting you with other members), provide customer support, and send administrative updates.
3. User Interactions and "The Market" Disclaimer
UES DAD is solely a digital platform for connecting local fathers. We do not background-check our members, nor do we vet, inspect, or guarantee any items sold or traded in "The Market", or the safety of any in-person "Events".
Any offline meetups, transactions, trades, or engagements you have with other members are made strictly at your own risk. We strongly advise exercising standard caution and common sense when meeting people from the internet, even within a verified community.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (READ CAREFULLY)
The following clauses severely limit your ability to sue us:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL UES DAD LLC, ITS FOUNDERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SERVICE.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL UES DAD LLC BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, INJURY, OR DEATH RESULTING FROM HACKING, TAMPERING, OR OTHER UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICE, OR FROM IN-PERSON MEETINGS, TRANSACTIONS, OR INTERACTIONS ORIGINATING FROM THE PLATFORM.
THE APP AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
5. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UES DAD LLC and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the app; (ii) your violation of any term of this Agreement; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your user-generated content caused damage to a third party.
6. Medical and Professional Advice
Any discussions, recommendations, or advice regarding pediatricians, child care, health, or legal matters found on "The Feed" are strictly the opinions of individual users. UES DAD LLC does not endorse or provide professional medical, legal, or childcare advice. Always consult a certified professional.
